§  1 Information about the collection of personal data

 

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website www.najionline.com. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. Name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email, via a contact form or via the booking request, the data you provide (your email address, possibly your name and your telephone number) will be saved by us in order to answer your questions to answer. As part of the booking process, we will also save your address and allergies. We delete the data that arises in this context after it is no longer required to store it, or we restrict processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

 

(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes.

§  3 Collection of personal data when you visit and use our website

 

(1) If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art.  6 para.  1 p.  1 lit.f GDPR):

-   Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

-   Content of the request (specific page)

-   Access status / HTTP status code

-   amount of data transferred in each case

-   Website from which the request came

-   Browser

-   Operating system and its interface

-   Language and version of the browser software.

 

(2) Use of cookies:

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (in this case by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

(3) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are saved on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google Tag Manager enables us, as marketers, to manage website tags via one interface. The Google Tag Manager tool, which implements the tags, is a cookie-free domain and does not itself collect any personal data. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in effect for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager. Plug-ins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our website. You can recognize the Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our site. An overview of the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: http://developers.facebook .com / docs / plugins / When you visit our website, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address If you click on the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our website to your Facebook profile. Facebook can then assign your visit to our website to your user account. We point out that we as Providers of the pages have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Facebook. 7. Instagram

Functions and contents of the Instagram service, offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA, can be integrated into our online offer. This can include, for example, content such as images, videos or texts and buttons with which users can share content from this online offer within Instagram. If the users are members of the Instagram platform, Instagram can assign the above-mentioned content and functions to the profiles of the users there. § 4 newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which we use to inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised services are named in the declaration of consent.

(2) These emails are only sent after an order has been placed and using the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you the information e-mails to the e-mail address provided if you have previously confirmed your registration via a confirmation e-mail sent to the link contained therein. We save the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

(3) The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. After your confirmation, we will save your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR.

(4) We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent single-pixel image files that are stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in (2) and the web beacons with your email address and an individual ID. You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in every email or by informing us via another contact channel. The information is stored for as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we save the data purely statistically and anonymously.
