Devotion, soul, spirituality, being free in spirit - these are all concepts that sometimes seem so distant or esoteric to us. Nevertheless, they all belong to us and to our lives, because when we deep down ask ourselves what we are striving for, it is often the inner feeling of freedom, carefreeness, contentment and peace.

In this retreat we want to explore what it means to have a free soul, to let it fly, to let go of what holds us back and to feel limitless. Have you ever wondered what it feels like when you shine from within?

We hope that this retreat is a positive force for you and that you take the benefits of the yoga classes and the work around mindset and personal development home with you into your everyday life. We are really looking forward to seeing you.

The Shakti Retreat House is a place where you can just be you, the purest part of yourself. You are allowed to let your best qualities blossom. The goal is to create space within you and fill your soul with authentic and deep feelings. Each room in the Shakti Retreat House has its own essence, distinctive from the others, but at the same time all rooms convey an incredible feeling of peace and serenity.


The house is furnished in boho chic with great attention to detail and is surrounded by mother nature. Each piece of furniture has its own story and gives the rooms an aura of charm and uniqueness.

As in all NaJi retreats, different types of yoga, breathing and meditation techniques await you. The focus is on feeling yourself much finer again, getting to know your own body better and bringing it into harmony with your spirit. In the coaching sessions we deal with topics related to unfolding yourself.


You will receive information about planned activities and a more detailed retreat schedule shortly before the start of the retreat. First of all we would like to show you an example of the course of the retreat - subject to change:

Day 1:   21st of October 2024

4 pm  -  Arrival, room allocation

5.30 pm  -  Group welcome, program presentation and yoga

7.30 pm  -  Dinner

DAY 2 - 6:   22nd - 26th of October 2024

7:30 am  -  Meditation and intensive yoga practice (Hatha / Vinyasa mix) 

9:30 am  -  Rich and healthy breakfast 

10.30 pm   Life coaching session for personal development 

Time for Massage, Wellness, Relax or Excursions

1.30 pm   Light lunch

6 pm  -  Restorative or Yin Yoga 

7.30 pm  -  Dinner 

DAY 6:   26th of May

8 am  –  Final Yoga & Meditation

9.30 am –  Breakfast

11:00 am  –  Closing & Check Out

She will ask you to meet yourself with kindness and compassion and to relax with things as they are. Her classes are authentic, clear and involve sweat, trim, and even more important, softening the hard edges, listening to your body, connecting to your breath, and becoming aware.
