We want to be fit, physically and mentally. That is why it is important to us to offer different styles and types of yoga, meditation as well as inspiring life coaching impulses for personal development, and an excellent selection of food.

"It's all about balance" - with us, there will always be lots of fun. All the work we do primarily means enjoying life in the here and now and to the fullest. And that's what we will do in our retreats: discovering new sports, trying new food and having lots of fun together.

ABOUT THE RETREATS

All retreats are under the headline "personal development". It is important to us to show you various tools and how to apply them in your everyday life, such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, journaling, impulses and questions that take you out of your comfort zone.

Like every vacation, every retreat is a bit different. We always respond to the local conditions, choose local food and organize the daily routine in a way that suits the environment and the lifestyle there.

​

To help you imagine what's waiting for you on your next yoga holiday with us, we have prepared an exemplary daily routine on the corresponding pages of the upcoming retreats.

​

We start the first day with a welcome, yoga class or dinner to get to know each other.

On the rest of the retreat days morning yoga classes are offered, followed by breakfast or brunch - healthy and rich food that gives you energy for the day. We value balance in all of our meals and sometimes work with nutritionists to create the menus. All products are usually local, and we offer the opportunity to get to know other types of diets, such as vegan, vegetarian or raw foods.

The coaching sessions take place either after brunch or in the afternoon/early evening. It is important to us that you can fully exploit the potential of the retreat and process what you have experienced, which is why the life coachings are scheduled according to the topic of the retreat and the group.

In the evening yoga and/or meditations are offered, depending on the season, also after sunset. During our retreats we would like you to have the opportunity to try out different yoga styles - we therefore invite guest teachers to give yoga classes.  

 

In addition, fun is never short - the daily routine is organized in such a way that there is enough free time that you can use for reading, for massages, to explore the area and simply to relax and be. In addition, we integrate optional workshops or activities such as surf classes, dancing, ceremonies, excursions etc., which are included in the price, unless otherwise stated.

For information: The flights are to be booked by yourself, everything else, such as meals, airport transfers, towels, etc. are included in the price, unless expressly stated otherwise.
