Stillness, inspiration and change: This retreat represents a safe space for being and becoming. It is the lived extremes of relaxation and concentration that lead to inner balance and joy. To relax and recharge your batteries, time outs and rest are good. In order to develop and grow, you need the right mindset and careful use of your resources. Both options are available to you here in the mountains.

Traditional farmhouse mixed with modern - the beautiful accommodation in the small village of Lenk in the Swiss Alps is a cozy oasis in the middle of the mountains with space to relax, recharge and breathe deeply. The garden invites you to relax, the mountain panorama to marvel and hike.


The Simmental

The mountain literature often speaks of the most beautiful valley end in the Alps, because with the flat, wide valley floor you can enjoy a very special view of gentle grassy hills, rugged rock faces and the glacier. In summer, the Simmental is known as the "valley of water". There are crystal-clear mountain lakes, bubbling brooks and imposing waterfalls to be discovered. The cool water is also a welcome refreshment on a hike, while biking or trail running. The many small farms with their Alps characterize the landscape and the traditions of the Simmental. The bells of the animals ring from far away in the valley and give the summer its very own acoustics. The crowning glory is the alpine cheese, which reminds you of the ringing of bells at breakfast, even until late in the winter.

The mountain retreat in Lenk is a short break from everyday life, away from the hustle, stress, being somewhere, having to impress someone. Look forward to a week in a fascinating landscape, surrounded by nature, with yoga, meditation, personal development, good food and time to recharge your batteries.

As in all NaJi retreats, different types of yoga, breathing and meditation techniques await you. The focus is on feeling yourself much finer again, getting to know your own body better and bringing it into harmony with your spirit. In the coaching sessions we deal with topics related to inner balance, intuition and unfolding yourself.


You will receive information about planned activities and a more detailed retreat schedule shortly before the start of the retreat. First of all we would like to show you an example of the course of the retreat - subject to change:

Day 1:   21st of May 2023

4 pm  -  Arrival, room allocation

5.30 pm  -  Group welcome, program presentation and yoga

8 pm  -  Dinner

DAY 2 - 5:   22nd - 25th of May 2023

7:30 am  -  Meditation and intensive yoga practice (Hatha / Vinyasa mix) 

9:30 am  -  Rich and healthy breakfast 

Time for Massage, Wellness, Relax or Excursions

4 pm   Light lunch "Zvieri"

4.30 pm   Life coaching session for personal development 

6 pm  -  Restorative or Yin Yoga 

8 pm  -  Dinner 

DAY 6:   26th of May

8 am  –  Final Yoga & Meditation

9.30 am –  Brunch

11:00 am  –  Closing & Check Out
